A cyber component is incorporated in the new ASPalongwithseveralotherchanges.By now you should have received an email with instructions on how to access the ASP along with a timeline for implementation ad neces-sary steps to ensure compliance. Please be on the lookout for a letter outlining the summer billing program and an invoice for your 2023 PVA membership dues. This year the impacts of rising costs and a bear market has affected us all. The board has act-ed to return to a prudent 3% dues increase to ensure we meet our reserve funding goals and to give added stability to our member ser-vices. We know that members are our greatest asset, and John Groundwater has been work- E X2 01ing with staff to develop long term retentionB 9Igoals. Overall, our association is strong and is in a great position to provide us the supportWINNERwe have depended on into the future. Work on PVA Region Meetings is progressing nicely. We expect a great turnout and excel-lent content for our meetings. In southern Florida, schools have opened and the summer crowds have slowed. I hope that your business continues to be strong until the end of your seasons. At your service, Bob Bijur PVA President, 2022PHOTO: STEPHAN VALENTIN / UNSPLASH 43 AUGUST 2022'
